How to Order

Our ordering system

Every accessory or piece of jewelry you see on this site has been handmade by Sayuri. Because every piece is unique, we want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. Sometimes the piece in the photo has already found a home and Sayuri needs time to make a new one. If the materials can’t be replicated, we want you to know the options.

That’s why we ask you to contact us first. We will send you a photo of your piece and make sure you’re getting exactly what you want.

How it works

1. Send a request using the form on the page of the piece you’re interested in, or the contact form.
2. We will reply by email to confirm the piece is available, or let you know about other options.
3. We send you an invoice. Once payment is complete, we ship your piece.
4. Enjoy your piece – real feelings went into it.

Payment

At the moment we accept payment by PayPal. You do not need to pay anything on this website.

Shipping

We ship to most places in the world. You can choose the kind of shipping you would like, as we personally go to the post office and ship your item. We follow Japan Post shipping rates and will tell you the exact cost before you pay.

Gift wrapping

We can wrap your item too, and will let you know the options. Just tell us if you have any special request!
