Who we are

This website, sayuris.com, belongs to Sayuri Designs, a handmade jewelry studio in Tokyo, Japan.

What we collect

When you send a request or a message through one of our forms, we receive your name, your email address and your message. We use this only to reply to you and to handle your order. We do not sell or share it with anyone for marketing.

When you place an order, we also need your shipping address, which you send to us by email. Payment is handled by PayPal; we never see your card details.

Cookies and statistics

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We may use privacy-friendly visit statistics from our hosting provider (Cloudflare) that count page views without identifying you.

Services we use

• Cloudflare hosts this website.
• An email delivery service forwards form messages to our inbox.
• PayPal processes payments.

How long we keep your information

We keep emails about orders for as long as we need them for our records, and delete other messages when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just email hello@sayuris.com.
