Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges

It’s very important to us that you are happy with your item. If for some reason you are unhappy with your new piece, or it was damaged in transit, we will do our best to make it right. You will have the option of a refund or an exchange within 7 days of receiving your package.

We just charge a small but reasonable fee, usually the cost of shipping.

Returns

We offer a full refund for items returned within 7 days of receiving your package. The original shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount. Please contact us before sending your return.

To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

When we receive the returned item, we will contact you and process the refund. Please note that we can only refund using the same method you paid with.

Exchanges

For Sayuri to be able to exchange your item, your jewelry must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

We will ask you to cover the new shipping costs. Please contact us before sending an item back for exchange.
